. For centuries, enlightened spiritual master have been consistently and repeatedly telling those who will listen that: Fighting something (fighting anything) is to feed it, to empower it, to make it stronger, to attract more of it into your life. They've also told us that the successful technique for releasing anything that is unwanted is to withdraw one's creative energy from it and use that power to create something new. They were referring to the Three Universal Laws ' -- The Law of Thought -- The Law of Attraction and -- The Law of Intentional Creation. These three laws tell us that we, as humans, are constantly attracting to us the things, situations, circumstances and experiences that we focus our attention on. The popular video titled The Secret ' explains concept this in great detail. Sub-atomic physics has confirmed ' the truth of this principle. The bottom line is that fighting something is counter-productive, it doesn't work, and it produces more to fight about.. And how have our illustrious, political and religious, so-called leaders been responding to this truth? Well, we have:
a war on crime We have religion-based wars all over the planet. The Christian Bible and the Islamic Koran are filled with talk of wars and violence. In the United States, we have a war against evolution ' and a war against reproductive rights ' (i.e. forced motherhood).' See the foot note Below ***1` Most of these wars propose the use of violence or the threat of violence to eliminate what the war-makers disapprove of. The Openly violent wars: Presently, we also have a war in Iraq, a war in Afghanistan, and several violent conflicts in Africa. We have the ongoing Palestine / Israeli war, and a global-level war against anyone who is not a Muslim. In the twentieth century we and/or our ancestors murdered over one-hundred million of our fellow humans in dozens of wars. Apparently we also have a war on common sense. It doesn't seem to matter to the proponents-of-war that their wars have proven themselves to be both futile gesturing and counter-productive. The members of the Bush administration in their relentless struggle to keep their activities secret are obviously engaged in a war against the truth. But then, we can't fault our politicians. They are, after all, diligently following the instructions that come to them by way of their re-election campaign bank accounts. The Openly Secret wars: And then, there's the pervasive, ever-present, undeclared war to control your mind, to dictate what you believe. Where have you heard this line before? "Get the child's mind and you have him as an adult." It was a near and dear principle of the Communist Party? But the didn't invent it. They stole it from the Roman Catholic Church. You've undoubtedly heard of the political spin doctors. Their job is to peddle half truths as if they were the full truth. ' If you still doubt that your mind is the target of a war, answer these two questions: "What do you think all those ads on TV are for?" and "Do you know what a belief box ' is?" Go to the Google search engine in your computer and search for the phrase "war against." (Be sure to put quotation marks around "war against.") There are approximately 5,610,000 references in their data base to "war against." You'll find references to "a war against boys" to " a war against silence," to " war against sleep." You'll find references to wars against evil, against spam, cybersquatting, plagiarism, marijuana, Jews, women, and even a war against war, itself. Every major religion on the planet has someone at war against it. Unless the Google reference is wrong, someone is apparently still fighting against Napoleon. And in many human minds in the southern Unites States, the American civil war is still raging. The above war-references came from only the first 110 Google listings. What else do you suppose is the object of a declared war. Lots of individual people have been declared the object of a war, along with several names and words that were, to me, incomprehensible. Have wars gotten out of hand? Is it any wonder why the world is facing global disaster? Apparently, nobody (except those who run the military industrial complex) has tipped to the fact that in order to have a war, you must have an enemy. Think about this for a moment. No enemies =-no wars. STOP! take a deep breath and say this out loud: No Enemies = No Wars. Where do you suppose the God-granted right of freedom, personal sovereignty and self-determination fits into all these wars? Let's cut to the chase, Let's go to the bottom line -- to the basic question: If war is counter-productive and if we can't solve our problems with wars and with fighting, how can we solve them? Here are the pathways to our suggestions:

. ***1 It doesn't make any sense to force unwilling women to produce still more unwanted children in an already overcrowded world, but the promoters of the anti-choice war simply ignore this. The evidence tells us that abortion is a religious freedom issue, ' but they ignore that too. And the war s go on.. . If you question our Christian values, then you don't know the Bible. You're invited to study and understand the passages on this page: A Question of Christian Values ' . |
